We're excited to share with you two of the Washroom Remodels we completed in Missisauga and Brampton over the last few weeks.The Birchbank East washroom was a new build in an unfinished basement giving the client an additional washroom option. The Cedarglen Powder room on the client's main level was a renovation of an 18 yr old space that was in much need of an overhaul.
The Birchbank East washroom below was finished in calm warm tones, white accents and chrome fittings. The challenge was to make this 3 pc washroom fit under the stairs and Dhiraj did just that beautifully. The light and bright colors make it looker bigger than it actually is.

The Kohler cast iron shower base, custom glass shower door with two recessed niches, complete the shower area. A beautiful 24" vanity with a cultured marble top and a recessed niche running the length of the washroom give much needed storage options. A dual flush toilet completes the ensemble. All lighting is LED.
The floor is 24x6'' wood look porcelain tiles from the Tile Shoppe adding a warm organic feel to the space.
BIRCHBANK EAST WASHROOM
The Cedarglen remodel was a townhouse main level powder room that needed a total overhaul. We ripped out the floor, added blocking in the walls to hang a floating vanity and upgraded to a super quiet exhaust fan. We picked a calm palette and accented the room with the beautiful Ikea Godmorgon floating vanity in graphite gray, 24x24" tiles from Ciot and a five bulb vanity light from Lando Lighting. All fittings are from the Moen Boardwalk series.
CEDARGLEN POWDER ROOM
It's been a busy last few months for us and with Dhiraj travelling next month we have been scampering to wrap up jobs. We cannot believe we are booked solid till September 2017 and are so grateful for our clients trust and faith in us.
We just completed shooting the Jeffcoat Basement where we are about to reveal how we transformed a 30+ yr old space into a modern entertainment room, light filled kitchen and sleek washroom in the coming weeks.
